• GetAPR
  This service accepts a well-formed XML document containing loan data for one or more loans and returns an XML document containing the annual percentage rate (APR).
• GetCalcs
  This service accepts a well-formed XML document containing loan data for one or more loans and returns an XML document containing the four Fed boxes (APR, amount financed, finance charge and total payments), insurance information, TIL streams, amortization schedule and more.
• GetCalcs2
  This service accepts a well-formed XML document containing loan data for one or more loans and returns an XML document containing the four Fed boxes (APR, amount financed, finance charge and total payments), insurance information, TIL streams, amortization schedule and more.
• GetReimbursement
  This service evaluates TIL information to determine if a loan is subject to reimbursement as outlined in the Truth in Lending Act.
• GetTALC
  This service accepts a well-formed XML document containing loan data for one or more reverse mortgage laons and returns an XML document containing the Total Annual Loan Cost rates required on the Total Annual Loan Cost disclosure.
• SimpleAPR
  This service accepts a well-formed XML document containing several loan properties and the payment streams to return the APR.
